99 percent of people with a 3/4 ton truck could do EVERYTHING that they do with that truck totally fine with a 1/2 ton, and have a nicer optioned truck that gets better MPG in the process. Then there is the bros that buy diesels just to say they have diesels…same boat. 99 percent of them could get away totally fine with a gas truck, spend less money, and not have to listen to the stupid sounds they make in the process.

99% of the people don’t have farms. Every half ton truck that’s ever been on the farm has gotten torn up and the gas trucks have trouble pulling double hay wagons up hills.
