Closed on my house today (November 2nd), and man, what an ordeal. Closing was delayed 2 months! If anyone here is looking to buy a house, do it straight cash! Will save you a lot of time! Anyways, some details:

  • 2.5 story
  • double lot with 2 driveways
  • enclosed/fenced perimeter
  • 2 full bathrooms, 4 full bedrooms
  • full dry basement
  • everything updated and/or brand new (all windows, basement glass block windows, electrics/all new plugs and sockets, entire house copper plumbed, pvc draining, floors/carpeting, paint in/out
  • 4 car garage with lift
