Congrats man. Everyone says closing ordeals are so horrible but I closed 2.5 months early on my house and I took out a loan. Either way sounds like you got a badass pad there.

and… you will have projects, trust me. Just cause it is not repair work doesn’t mean it won’t be a project :wink: Maintenance & mods are always around the corner unless you had your house built. but still, working on your own place, making it your’s is still a ton of fun.
