The whole closing thing was a bitch for a few reasons, nothing to do with my end or the seller’s end (yes Josh, it’s Evan’s old place). My bank took it’s time, and it got out of hand. But it’s done now, so I’m over it.
I’ll get some pictures when MPD gets back into town. My camera broke and his is pretty stout!

That sucks about the closing thing, but i feel your pain. I went through alot more then that just closing on my property. :bloated: But all that matters is you got it. Lookin forward to seeing the pics :tup: Congrats again

comliments of HSBC and sony mae, it took the threat of legal action
to get a closing date. (3 months later after starting the paperwork)
1st i did not qualify for closing cost assistance, then before the closing my lawyers told me i was getting it and there is now way they coudl take it away… then the sellers lawyer screwed up and we had to reschedule a closing date… ( i signed all those papers twice)
so after replacing. for all new light fictures, i get the call and did not get teh closing cost assistance. (3k)
then I did not qualify and had to come up with 3k in one day.

i should be closing on my house in a few weeks. i hope it goes a bit smoother for me. its definatly been one royal pain in the ass up to this point.
