if i want to order a oil cooler from Canadian tire. Is the oil cooler good enough for my engine? what car model should i order. it’s for my s13 sr20det blacktop. thanks!
Just go to the towing section of the store where all their towing accessories
are and you will see three different size universal transmission oil coolers.
You can use one of them. They are quite large and quite cheap.
Isn’t it better to use an actuall engine oil cooler rather then a tranny oil cooler?
Considering both fluids use very different viscosity numbers and that could
potentially lead to poor cooling. :dunno:
It shouldn’t matter at all. All it is, is something to increase surface area in a material that transfers heat better for more efficent cooling.
oh jacky, are you going to do it the crazy VIP style? with the tubes leading out to the front of the car for some midevil styling.
