are ka and sr oil filters the same thread pitch?
im pretty sure theyre not, however it would be convenient if they were.
they are the same thread pitch, what oil filter are you going to use?
SR -> use 95 SENTRA SE-R…its smaller than the KA filter but i think the KA filter will fit on th sr too.
and for some reason, Nissan OEM filters for sr20 (sentra se-r) i believe are bigger than fram sentra se-r replacement filters
its not the actual filter i care about, its just because i bought an oil cooler and the sandwich plates already but i bought the ones for a KA. im just making sure that when i throw it on the sr im not going to be cross threading anything.

kool, another filter that will work and is bigger is the fram PH2870A
which is for a 2000 volkswagen Passat 1.8L Fuel Injected DOHC AEB Turbo

but, if you’re relocating, the biggest filter with the same thread pitch as nissan, go with fram PH8A or k&n-1003.
