we’ve never asked for certs when hiring. But MANY people decided to talk about and display them. Usually in a three ring binder. Very lame.

If you’ve never conducted an interview then you have no idea the kind of clowns are really out there.

WTF dude, i always bring in my certifications, my degree, a dog that does backflips and red lipstick in case i need to go under the desk…

oh and all my certs are in a pink 3 ring binder that says Number one Tech with pink flowery paper that the certs are centerred on
