The PSDs with this setup were almost 2x what I got this for. If I got the PSD I would have stuck $5000 into it to make it perform.
I would never need the extra TQ, but I use the extra HP and less weight… I’m not hauling the entire trailer park. This would do a couple trailers though 
I researched both, and the gas was the better option for me.
Honestly - Unless you put 200k on the PSD with no problems you do not break even on the initial hit you take over the gas.
Right now diesel is even more expensive than gas.
I would see 5-7mpg more (stock vs stock)
Oil changes are 5x as much.
Noise.
Smell.
I know the diesel humpers will be out after these comments, cause I used to be one. The gas was just better for me.

good job on the reasearch. on a note on the noise and smell catagory. that V10 is incredibly smooth and they sound awsome with a mild exhaust. go ahead have someone rev it while your listening at the tailpipe… i know you want to

not bad for mpg, my puny 4.6L f150 gets no more than 15mpg with the 3.73 axle.
I agree the diesel makes a ton more power, but its not for everybody. SCT can tune those 6L diesels to make a shitload of power. An absolute shitload.

I almost hit 13mpg on my last 3/4 of a tank…
If I swapped vehicles with my fiance and drove her Liberty… I’d probably see 14 with that and she would see 17 with the truck.
Looking to put on some 33s I guess, they aren’t 35s but I’m not spending $2200 more to get 1" more lift, and I’m gonna tear shit up.
