For sale is my Omega seamaster professional 300m. I absolutely love this watch and will regret letting it go but my living situation is going to change shortly and I could really use the money. If I cant get what I want for it, ill simply just keep it and enjoy it so no lowballs will be entertained. I purchased this watch earlier this year off of a reputable seller on watchuseek.com. The watch is in excellent condition with a few tiny nicks in the outsize of the bezel but nothing significantly noticeable.
This is a great example of the classic 2254.50 SMP, but with a few modifications (all OEM parts) that make it an even more special piece. The modifications are as follows:
Dial replaced with the 2230.50 ‘Non-AC’ dial - same look as the original, but with applied indicies and Omega logo. (Best lume i’ve ever seem on a dive watch)
Second hand swapped for the PO second hand
Date wheel swapped for the PO date wheel (bold silver numbers)
Crystal replaced with brand new crystal from a SMPc - anti-reflective coating on both sides (just disappears…)
for the watch I have the extra bracelet links, red Omega travel case, and a Eulit 2 piece black nylon strap and paperwork from recent service.
Id keep it forever before I ever sold it for that lol. Used quartz SMP’s go for $1200 alone and this one is the mechanical/ Auto. This watch was $3600+ new.
Unfortunately I do not have the papers. I bought this off of a well known, respected SMP collector on watchuseek. I have record of it being service this year and will gladly take it anywhere to authenticate it if need be. Although it is indeed modded, most people would never even know it. The dial is only very slightly different than the standard one. Its the same as the standard one with just an enhanced omega lable which does look a bit better.
