You never played competitive contact sports, did you? I don’t know of anyone that has that is able to watch that type of shit without wincing, getting a little sick, or looking away.
i played baseball all the way up through college, i played basketball until i was 13 and i played pick up ice hockey in HS, i technically never played football in high school but was with the team my Jr year but decided to quit before summer camp to play summer baseball.
most of those injuries to me are so graphic they look fake. of course i know they are not but it didn’t make me sick at all, just made me say " oooooh shit" i guess if had broken a bone before i could get a sense but i drank my milk as a kid 
I can even watch motorcycle wrecks after being in one and it doesn;t bother me… the only thing that bothers me is flash backs to my own wreck, i’m sure i looked like the rag doll you see in those accidents.
