Ups has 15x15x48 boxes you can telescope that… Might fit a bumper / spoiler
I can get you some 5’x5 cardboard sheets you can use to “build” a hood box from work.

Ive got a pretty large box that had the skidplate from my speed 3 in it that you could use to help piece something together.
I’ll have to measure the stuff tomorrow too see what’ll work it be big enough. I’ll let you guys know. thanks!
ship it greyhound… and just wrap it all with bubble wrap 
By the way, Ive also got like 14 boxes from the Pergo flooring we just installed in our house you could use to fab up some sort of box.

wegmans usually has free boxes
not sure about size though
