or you can look at it objectively and read it simply for what it is worth. McCain trying to explain to a 13 year old about why our government’s income tax system is flawed to the point where the majority of the tax burden rests on the shoulders of 5% of the country. He did not say that it was his idea to have a graduated income tax rather than a fair (flat rate) tax, he was simply trying to explain it.
