^I hear you, I have been looking at tons of cars but I think I might get a Polaris Ranger RZR. This way I can do what ever I want and not get tickets.
Side by sides don’t have any “status” but they are fun as hell and that is what I am looking for.

over the course of reading this thread i’ve decided that i want one as well.
CV’s are awesome but it needs wheels or something… people who aren’t cops who drive cop-looking CV’s or white Impalas piss me off, they just make people nervous and slow down traffic
i bet its fun because traffics moves out of your way… let me know the first time you get pulled over…

I still don’t get why people are so set on having super cooshy DDs. I do the majority of my driving in a DD and I like to have a little fun. Plus, I am in my mid-20s, I don’t exactly get back-aches and crap. I did 20k in the mazda this year (probably 5-7k on aftermarket springs and shocks) and I can’t say I was at all upset by it. I love it.
I say drive a fun car everyday until you have back problems, then buy a lexus when you are old and want to drive a mindless vehicle.
To each his own though, everyone has different likes and dislikes.

I cut the roof off a towncar once, and made a 4 door convertible for a month. It was some serious hill billy shit. Cops did not wave.
Well I went from a 13.9s car to a 16.5s car. Also I have about 30% of the BMW’s value invested into the vic.

I have 650 lbs springs, urethane bushings, solid ass camber plates, thr lollipops, etc. my shit is not a cushy dd with lowering springs.
in norfolk the roads were so bad I never drove. it was so uncomfortable. not to mention i have a herniated disc, muscle spasm and pinched nerve.
Ideally I’d have an e39m5 as a dd. comfy but performance oriented. but the business gets my money before my personal items do
I’m pretty sure he will be able to drive the vette to work whenever he wants to once its done. Should be slightly more exciting than a speed3.
