The car was practically bent in half
Funny car conversion had welds blended, pipes butt welded together, and incomplete welds. I was able to take one of the bars out just by cutting it off the main hoop. It just broke off the floor!
Almost have dash out as well.

I know we’ve already determined this, but I just wanted to back it up. I spoke to Tom Evans’ wife today and she said all his cars are still in one piece and that he hasn’t sold anything recently.

I don’t know the origins. Just that a guy named Tom owns it now. It had run 11’s with the hack setup. We’ll be building it to 8.50 spec.
