Outlook 2003 question : Delegate

Ok so I set this girl up to be a delegate to receive this guy’s e-mail and calenders.

When she sends out a meeting on his behalf, how can she get an e-mail (as well as the guy) with the reponse?

I want to do this without creating a rule to foward it… I want to see if it is possible.
