So i have a bunch of people who have their assistants as delegates in their outlook.
Now, we have had this employee that doesn’t work here anymore, and we removed her as a delegate from everyone’s outlook, yet when they send a meeting out (with the accept/deny receipt) and someone replies, it still sends to the employee that doesn’t work here / isn’t a delegate anymore. Therefore the user that accepted/declined the appointment gets an e-mail from the exchange server telling them that (obviously) the user doesn’t exist anymore.
Instead of making her e-mail address valid again, and forwarding it into one of my junk e-mail folders, I was wondering if anyone had any similar problems.
