no registration is no big deal. Just get it weighed and get a weight slip, go down to the dmv and register it as a home built trailer. Thats what I had to do with mine.

Lights are less than $20 at Walmart or Harbor Freight.

i have everything to make it road worthy i dont have a use for it is all
