I don’t think they teach astrology at most colleges. 
Here’s the old guy speech: don’t take a class just because it’s easy. You might as well take something that could be useful for what you want to do. And go to class. I figured out how much each day of class cost me and it wasn’t cheap. You (or someone) is paying for it - get your money’s worth!

i agree with jeff… take something that at least interests you. you will have to take some classes, but you have a choice in most… choose wisely. if you have the desire to learn, you’ll be fine.
i said astronoMY anyways no they dont’ spoon feed you but i also didnt’ take classes that were book based classes, when i said i didnt’ use them it wasn’t because i didn’t need to cover the info it was because my classes were hands on based activity oriented most of the time…granted calculus 10573486752 or whatever i had was hard and descrete math where 1+1 doesn’t always equal 2 based on environmental conditions kicked my ass with a book too.
actually…I had to take a lot of bs classes to fulfill general eds…my major is IST and I ended up taking classes like mythology and stress management
Yeah, I had some of those classes too - took mostly psych classes. I remember more from psych than from fluid mechanics.

Some college classes are all homework its not somthing where the teacher says " ok boys and girls you need to read pages 2-4 and do the hand out sheet. You need to hand it in for a gold star".
Its more like welcome to blah blah 101. There will be a test in 3 weeks that counts for 30% of your grade and if you want to pass you might want to read chapters 1-90.
Are all classes like that no, but its just an example.

all depends on the campus too !!! main is alot harder than any other campus !!!ccac wqs a joke i took like 21 credits at once time didnt buy 1 book unless it was a math book and got straight A’s main campus studied a lil lol and god some rough grades till i figured out it was a whole different standard ~!! so my advice take classes thatll be different than uve ever taken b4 u might be suprised and if anything enjoy life now b4 real life starts !!!
