I want to paint my CRX when I get it completely apart so I can get the engine bay done at the same time…so the car looks as if it’s a factory job. I need to pick a color. I think I like Mazda Spicy Orange (the 2003 Mazdaspeed Protege color). Opinions? Suggestions?

seriously, i need to pick a color. i’m not doing anything drastic to the car (i might do a body kit, but if i do it’s going to be the very conservative urethane Wings West kit, not some fiberglass kit that looks like it belongs on a Supra) so I want to go with a paint color that’s unique without being ostentatious.
that copper that is on the 350Z or how about flip flop color
ford has one it goes from a blue to a purple. Todd painted a
cobra hood for a F150 with this color. shaggy will ding in on this color
it was sharp. i think its blue saphire pearl.
i like teh look of the mazda orange color but its becoming to popular on “stock” cars. personally i think a Jet Black paintjob is the best color or possibly a silver color.

i’m willing to dump cash into a crx… my first car was one and i’ve wanted one i’ll keep until i’m old. if i put $15k into a car that ends up only being worth $5 it won’t matter because I have no intention to sell.

how is it a GM color? honda offered Electron Blue on the Civic and a very similar color on Integras…
here’s honda electron blue on a CRX.
look at the color on the 03 GMs that is electron blue. i used this on
my frame and wheels
