I’m looking for someone who can do a re-spray on my White 1992 Olds Achieva SCX.
There are plenty of clear coat spots and paint totally gone spots on the car, but no RUST.
Just looking for a respray, seeing who wants to make some money?

how nice do you want it to look in the end? are you talking resto/show quality jambs and everything or just tape off the exterior and go? I’d offer to do it but for more then you’d pay at sheib or maaco… they really don’t do all that bad of work for the $$ just do all the prep work yourself
I’d just like the outside done, the jams and everything else being white already. Shade won’t bother me inside the door jams.
I’m really unsure of what a decent price to pay for this kinda work is, so shoot me an offer anyways, lol
around me it would cost around 1400 to get that done, any less and you will get what you pay for
obviously 1400 isnt the best paint job but materials alone for a non-shop are 400+

plus it depends if you want 1 stage or base/clear. With the regular stock white there’s no point in doing anything other than a simple 1 stage. I’m assuming you’re not looking for any pearls added in or anything like the caddy/jag/etc whites.
I’d want to look at the car just to get an idea of all what prep will be involved and get some prices on materials

STM is coming by tonight to take a look at it and give me a rundown of what needs to be done, I’m new to getting something painted professionally, everything I’ve ever done was spray can job on the race cars.
