Dave Chappelle makes a great point about age. When R. Kelly pissed on the girl it was a huge deal because she was too “young.” Yet when certain inner city delinquents hurt someone they’re tried as adults.

The teacher seems like a sick bastard, but what is wrong with that kid that he waited so long to do something about it?
