Gotta get it on the road first!! But that is the plan, a nice moderate cam, kooks headers and catless xpipe. Then a tune. Ive been thinking, however, just to do headers and xpipe, my problem is for the money it will cost say:

1. $1000+ for headers
2. $600+ for xpipe
3. $500+ for cam and springs
4. $450 for the tune (about)

Is all that money and labor really worth the extra, what, 35-40 wheel horse? Im still debating over it. Either way, i wont be doing any of that until the end of this season anyways. I just want to tint the windows and drive it this summer.

I gained 61rwhp from a cam alone…

if you only gained 40rwhp from a intake/full exhaust, cam and dyno tune with stock 243 heads, you have yourself a MAJOR turd!

with the right combo from mods I listed above…you should have no problem seeing 420rwhp…

in most cases, a intake,full exhaust, cam and dyno tune nets around 70-80 rwhp gain over stock on ls1/ls6’s.
