If he doesnt have the money, have him go to the bank to get the loan for it. Simple.
If he is able to make payments to you, he can make them just as easily to the bank, and you’ll have your money up front and fully paid.
If his credit sucks and he cant get a loan… do you really want to deal with someone like that with a payment plan?
