That “stalker guy” is a psycho, I have seen him over the past 10 years or so at metal concerts around wny and as far as syracuse, cleveland, pittsburgh ect he stands there and yells non sensical “song titles” (mind you this is shit HE makes up, not actual song titles) between songs, example “pumpkin pie with whipped cream!” , “grandmas old socks!” and he usually shows up wearing a country western t-shirt
