just curious
actually you dont need a CDL to drive an Air brake vehicle.
Only if its over 26,001 pounds or have passengers
It’s a good idea to LEARN how to do a air brake test. CDL or Not.
atleast Drain yer tanks :bigok:
You definitley need a cdl for that straight truck.
i know what you mean, i rented a 20 foot uhaul today, when i got back in my car i felt like i was sitting on the ground in a go cart
How can you tell? My uncle has a couple of trucks similar to that truck, a couple Mercedes, 1 International, and I think 1 Ford that are all non-CDL trucks.
I think it’s the picture that is making it look bigger than it is, I’m willing to bet thats a 22 or 26ft Non-CDL straight truck.
i just googled the truck. that’s the same cab as the truck i drive, but i’m not sure that the box is the same size. the truck i drive fits twelve pallets, if that gives you an idea of it’s size/capacity. It’s an Internatiolal 4700, with air brakes. Should I take a tape measure and also note the GVWR the next time I go up? lol.
…
Find the GVWR.
that is a big truck to drive without having a license for that thing.
