Is there anyway I can get a home phone number from an IP address? I also know the IP is owned by comcast if that helps.

the best you could do would be to trace the IP address back to a specific account holder, get their address from their account, then get their phone number from their address

I know our digital phone system we have access to the MTA IP so we could find it, I’m sure if its a Comcast digital phone customer they could, but they won’t if you ask.
it’s not important, all of a sudden tons of people from Philli,PA have been reading my aim profile then I checked their IP and it all shows up as the same person.I wana know why someone is checking my profile 50x a day it’s kinda fucking creepy
