there is a pshop plugin called Topaz, and u can control about 8 dif settings when u do this, which in turn controls the strength of certain adjustments, such as the main exposure popper, to noise, to sharpness, to whatever else it has…
i probably wouldnt leave the 2nd one the way it is, so im sure some of you might prefer the first … just showin the power that is photoshOP

I love PS4 x64. Its impressive how it can offload processing to the GPU.
I’m running it on an i7 with an AMD 4890… it FLYS with filters. Longest I think it took on a 16 meg image was about 10 seconds.
Original shot rocked sooo much harder
