Photoshop Help PLZ!!

Ok guys so im doing a t-shirt project and i was curious if any of you photoshop gurus’s are able to take a photo and make it look like a drawing/cartoon type of look.

here is a couple photo’s i would like to try to have anyone willing to help me.

I would like the backgrounds and such cutout, it can be just the truck, truck/trailer.

let me know what ya guys come up with.

I know this one probably wont be easy, but just curious what you guys can come up with.
