Any reputable places that can do this?
Anyone on here that can do it?
It’s an upright about 3 ft. tall going from buffalo to north tonawanda, first floor only. Illos quoted me $165, trying to see what else is out there.

Paging JAM.
Newman should have some input in here.
yeah, Jam, Newman, xWalkerx, Airhead, and beast. They’re Pro’s by now.
Pay the money. Might as well be a piano shaped piece of lead. My back left me years ago.
We move pianos that people buy from hamburg music center. We could probably do it, but it wouldn’t be much cheaper than what illios quoted you
$165 is a pretty good price
It’s not hard. See if you can rent clamp on dollies like this:
Otherwise 165 is reasonable. I used to make 20/hr as a piano mover. It will be a 2 hour job w/ 2 guys. That’s 80 bucks right there. Add in some for gas and overhead and you hit 165 pretty quick. Remember to tip your movers.
this
When you call Illos tell them that Ryan from Schuele (pronounced shooley) told you to call them. They might knock a few bucks off, but that is a pretty good price. I’m their salesman for the piano refinishing side of the business.
I need a piano tuner, I have two that need to be done. Anyone have an “in”, I’d like to pay someone what they’re worth to do it to them off the clock so the money goes directly in their pocket.
Ill check with the dudes at illos for you, no promises though.
Word thanks man (and everyone else). Giving them a call tomorrow.
