what they really need to do is figure out how to sterilize them until they are around 25, then after they can pass a test they can get a license to breed.

Sex ed starts really young. Try watching something other than cartoons on Disney.

Just like all aspects of education, what takes place in the home has a huge effect on the choices kids make in life. When you let your 10 y/o watch adult shows like 90210, shit happens.
MTV shows kids how great it is to be a Teen mom, and that they will get a new Mercedes for their sweet 16 party.

With so much outside influence on kids, its hard to be a good parent.
