 Considering 11 and 12 year old girls are getting knocked up these days it’s good to start young so they at least know a little about what they’re getting into. And not that abstinence only shit either.
While I agree with sex education, I think that is a little young to be teaching the “pleasures” of sex. Going over the risks and responsability is one thing. But kids are eager to grow up and try things anyways. Hence the problem, and teaching them about the pleasures of sex I think will have an adverse effect. Hell, everyone knows drugs are bad for you and risky, but how many kids do them? I just think it’s a little young.
Much like a U.N. report released last August that advocated teaching masturbation to children as young as 5
:picard:
if you’re old enough to fuck, you’re old enough to learn about it.
do we let kids drive at 16 but teach them how to do it at 20?
while we have many problems in America, too much sex education is not one of them.
not at the table carlos
A friend of mine is a nurse. Last week she was telling me she had to give a pregnancy test to an 11 year old whose parents don’t speak English. The test was positive.
Educating kids as soon as possible is a good thing.
No matter how much education is provided I still think stupid broads are gonna get knocked up. And dudes are gonna not use condoms. People are fucking stupid.
Dawn is lucky god blessed her with the gift of ugly and this doesn’t apply
this.
its the parents responsibility to teach their children about these things. I question the value of sex ed in public schools.
But if the parents don’t and the kid gets knocked up it’s society’s responsibility to pay for it unfortunately
says the ginger.
True story… most parents lately are too busy trying to make money and keep up with the Jones’s to actually teach their kids about stuff like this…
Doesn’t stop me from getting laid
It happens everyday regardless of attempts to educate. Often the stereotype is of the poorer areas where teen pregnancy is rampant, however, i went to Orchard Park which is an upper middle class/ rich yuppie town and there were plenty of girls knocked up and we had sex ed beginning in middle school. I would be interested to know the actual impact of sex education.
I had sex ed in 5th grade and I am still a virgin. Earlier the better, shit works.
sex ed != abstinence ed.
Holy f!ck LZ is a ginger? That explains so much!
Anyways I think it is the parent’s responsibility to teach their children, and agree that society shouldn’t be paying for their mistakes.
No one pays for mine.
My health class had a small sex ed portion, the only thing I learned is that if you have sex
1.) Your penis will have growths and be multi colored.
2.) Your penis will fall off.
3.) She will get pregnant.
4.) You will get an STD.
5.) If you have sex now you can’t have sex after 30.
Thank you NYS Public Education.
