Just wanted to let everyone know, seeing as obviously we all use craigslist, i firgued i’d share some recently acquired info with you all. My cousin is a New York State Trooper, He has just informed me that some one on craigslist by the name of “Nick” with the phone number of 716-381-1015. My cousin says he is selling stolen property and is currently under investigation by Buffalo and State Authorities. The kid does post more then 25 sales a day on CL, If you type “716-381-1015” (without the quotes) in the search bar on craigslist, you will see what i’m talking about.
Just trying to warn everyone, don’t want to see anyone get fucked over, because like my cousin said, whether you stole it or not, if your caught with it, its a felony (possesion of stolen property)
not sure, just going by what my cousin told me. He said its a felony regardless if you bought it from someone else or not. He says if you have it, you have a felony now lol
bull shit you have a felony if you had no clue it was stolen. if you show that you purchased it from someone and you show proof of the purchase and that you had no clue it was stolen. the only thing they will do is take the item away from you and question you. chances of getting any criminal record because some jack ass sold you stolen stuff is a far chance.
yeah i know what your saying. Im not a cop and bad with laws so not sure of exactly how it works but i definitly see what your saying and pretty much agree
