So one of the neighborhoods in Binghamton is currently in the top 8 out of 450 in a contest put on by Royal Philips Electronics called “Design your own Park” The top three get prize money to help make it happen, and currently we are in second place. Feel free to read up on the project, but if you could at least vote for it, that would help out a lot.
