I agree with you on the advertisement point Mike.

And as for this;

But this isn’t a new trend; It’s been going on for years now.

I said the following in This Thread almost 2 years ago:

… You know how hard it is to actually get automotive minded members to stick around here? Say I tell someone “Hey, you’re into cars - check out NYSpeed.com!” So they sign up, look around and don’t see much automotive stuff going on - and it’s not because there isn’t any, but all the non-automotive stuff dilutes it out. “WTF? I thought this guy said this was an automotive forum? I’m out…”

But the mods and Howie already know how I feel… and I’m sure they’re sick of it over the years
