Similar to how the tech forum requires moderator review to start a new thread… I don’t know how the software works, but perhaps any new post not made by an advertiser would require moderator review.
The only catch is that there would have to be a public statement specifying that the moderators are checking for relavence only, to avoid drama to the tune of “oh well he blocked the post because he’s better friends with the other guys.”
