Yes, LS1gto.com has a G8 section and the news of the Ute and wagon was leaked a bit ago. There are actually some pictures of Utes down under that actually look pretty damn good, especially the HSV versions

I think it would be a perfect car for me. Put a few fork mount bike carriers in the bed and it would be a nice bike hauler. But, I don’t think I could live with not having more interior room so a wagon with a Thule on top would probabally work. I also can not believe that the Ute is coming over, the wagon was/is a huge gamble but i’m glad it is coming over
The wagon looks cool, but than can keep the ute. They can stay in the late 60’s and early 70’s because that was the only time they ever looked good.
def like the wagon, not so much the ute… i cant wait for the regular g8 to come out, i seriously may buy one depending if i have to leave here in a couple months

Well since I didnt see anything about it on here (and I searched) I posted it. I just read it in motor trend this month and the G8 wagon is appealing to me. Sorry the pics are not up to par :smash2: feel free to contribute…

They should call it the Summit.
They’re pretty slick IMO. certainly with the LS1/2 and a 6speed, the styling is moot… but it would be nice to have something a little different than the norm
