Hi guys,

I’ve been called into work the past three days and the two before that my car was in for some tranny work, so I wasn’t able to get any work done on the speedos. With tomorrow being Sunday, I won’t be able to do anything until at least Monday. Just keeping you up to speed (no pun intented).

As things develop, I will keep you informed.

PS-If an S13 speedo will fit into an S14, then there shouldn’t be a problem. I do not have access to an S14, so I cannot give you a definitive answer as yet.

I found a white faced 240km/hr gauge…only to find out that the car is owned by the gov’t (this is what I was told…dunno if it’s through bankruptcy or something else). It’s been one heck of a time trying to get a hold of these guys. I know I shouldn’t suggest it, but if white faced gauges are available, any interest? (I can hear the stampede right now)… remember, I’m only talking about the speedo gauge, not the rest of the cluster…so unless you can get the rest of your gauges to be white faced, you’ll have a white faced speedo with black tach, etc.

Still working on things though…and now that it looks like I’m going to be getting a 240SX of my own (again, yay!), I’m in the same boat as you guys…I have a stake in it as well.

Thanks for hanging in there…as I said before, no guarantee, but if you’re willing to wait, be patient, the payoff could be well worth it. :slight_smile:

Hey guys,

I am sorry to say that I do not believe I will be able to get the speedos that I was hoping to get for you. The ‘supply’ I was looking to use, will not fit a 240SX. Neither the cluster nor the speedo itself.

I wish it could have worked out differently, because I would have loved to have a white faced 240km/hr speedo in my soon-to-be-purchased 240SX as well.

It’s unlikely, but if anything changed, I will be sure to let everyone know. Sorry it took this long and gotten your hopes up, only to have them dashed.
