i know its the same car bafoon.
I am not concerned with how fast a full interior EVO can go either, I am however interested in how fast a legitimate real street EVO can go and that’s what I have. It’s more than a stock interior. It’s stock sized brakes, air bags, door beams, stock body panels, full factory dash with all the factory junk under it, 17" wheels, full exhaust, mirrors, wipers, headliner, factory roof, factory glass etc., in my opinion a real EVO. EVO’s stop, turn and accelerate in atleast moderate comfort (can’t ever say it’s a Cadillac) and that is what I have strived to keep my EVO, the same basic car it was to begin with.
The goal is to run 8’s, I’d like my street car to go quicker than our black car did. Then after that is accomplished (if it is accomplished) I may try to run the mile with it, which is another reason the rollbar is probably going in. I’d like to see it hit 200 mph in the standing mile, just for the hell of it.
Then I have no other real ambitions but knowing me, I will always try to go quicker.
I’ve been doing some road racing too and want to get my NASA license this year, possibly in July. That’s what I really like to do now.
quoted right from dave buschur himself
on pump he’s right around 32 psi, on those passes he was doing 1.40-1.43 60ft times.
but you still don’t get it. you have 3 times the displacement with boost.
whats also funny is that your RWD MUSCLE CAR isn’t cutting 1.4 60ft, let alone anything less then a 2.0 which is pathedic.
i’ve got a bone stock car, with a stock clutch cutting CONSISTANT 1.7-1.8 60ft. i also have ZERO suspension.
fwiw car does almost 1G on a skidpad BONE STOCK.
your comparing apples to oranges.
