Get a Diaper Genie if you don’t already have one. It makes a long string of “diaper sausages” and it really makes it less gross.

I had a diaper genie for my first kid and the room still smelled like rotten asshole all the time. We got a diaper champ from target and it is a lot nicer, and you can use any bag you want.
