So my wife and kids are coming back from Ukraine in about 4.5 weeks and I’m running behind on my house remodel. I have 2 small rooms, hallway and bathroom that I can finish fine but I also have a 22’x12’ living room with vaulted ceiling (1 side 8’, other side 12’) and am thinking of hiring a professional to come in tape, mud etc. and get it ready for priming. I will do the priming etc. What is a reasonable price for something like that? Any rules of thumb on the pricing? Any recommendations for somebody in Lockport area who does this?
I know most guys price / review smaller jobs based on difficulty, volume, access, prep, etc. Not really sure where this would fall but I know everyone’s busy for sure.
