Program to deleate other programs

i know there is some out there. Some programs you cant get rid of through add/remove.

So is there a program one can tell me about that will pretty much remove anything?

drop down into dos mode or boot ubuntu from the disk

If it’s a fairly common program you’re trying to remove, you can try googling how to manually remove the program. That’s what I usually do.
