Don’t put a V8 in it. Even a LS1 would mess up the weight dist.
A couple I know have about half a dozen (probably more these days) 510s including 2 V8 swapped (one is an all AL Olds V8) cars. While the V8 cars are fun they’re basically just useless as a race car. Now the “pink” car they have is another story:
