PRORIDES/RPM

Just wanted to say hello to everyone on Pittspeed. I know in the past we at the shop have not hit the local scene but we just never seem to have enough time in the day to get done what we need to. I am working now on updating both the rpmpgh.com site and the goprorides.com site so look forward to seeing that from us and let us know what you think. Feel free to stop by the shop anytime to check out the latest projects to be rolling out the doors. Let me know if you have any questions on the shop or projects or even what we do. Thanks guys, Curt

Welcome

welcome to pittspeed

hi

welcome, I actually never heard of your shop, where you located and what you guys do?

Welcome

i went there to get a price on some work before, they have a great looking showroom, they are off right around powerhouse gym in warrendale

Seen some of their work before… Very very nice.

Welcome.

You guys roll some awesome cars out of that place. I drive by every once in a while to check the place out, some bad sh!t in the parking lot sometimes. I live 10 minutes from the shop.

Here’s a question for you - you guys going to need any help this summer? :x:

welcome curt. gonna have ot stop up one day.

Man we always need good help. I’m trying to find a few fab and a good 12volt guy right now but when summer rolls around we could always use a extra hand. We have 11 fulltime employees and it isn’t enough to keep up.

We are in Warrendale, Next to Cranberry. We have been here for about 6 years now. We mostly do complete build Hot Rod, Streetrod, and Muscle Cars.
We also do all aspects of 12volt, wheels&tires, Lowering, airride, etc, etc.
We also do alot of the Steeler, Pirates player stuff from around here, But most of our customer are from out of state.

Our showroom we use as our finally assemble room now when the cars are completed at paint. But we still keep it opened to walk around and check things out.

welcome…

You guys are associated with Denny right? Brother maybe? I remember back when I was at Audio Communications in late 90’s early 2000’s and met Denny over an orange Hot Rod and a 57 Chevy that Denny and his dad put together

That Chevy was seriously badass - especially for the time!

The cars I’ve seen down at the cruise have all looked just as exceptional… keep up the good work!

Yep thats us. Denny is a good friend of mine and we do alot of work for him and his along with his cousin Mike and his Dad. I think together we have built about 8 cars in the last few years together.

Damn, not too much experience in either of those fields, more of a detailing/odd job person.

Well… You know where to find me if you need a hand around the shop, anyway.

welcome Kurt  pm 99346ss on here,Its sounds like he is what ur looking for!

Welcome

I heard you’ll be moving out of warrendale soon? I havent been down there in a while, but i guess business is good!

Ya, we are busting at the seems here at this shop, Plus I’d love to get out of Allegeheny too. We just need more room and I never thought we’d out grow this place so soon. But I guess its a good thing. We have about 7500 square here and about 3500 at the garage at my house and we are stuffed like a turkey. I would like to bring the body shop into the same location also. I do to much running around between them to get the finished product that we are looking for. So I think it would make it easier on me. I love this location just because we travel to shows so much(20-25 a year) with 79 and the turnpike here it make it easy to get rollin. But all in all I am looking for a new location for the shop but close to here.

Business is great!!! We have enough projects to keep us busy for the next 2 years. So I can’t complain there.

As far as employees. We really need that person that eat ,drinks, and sleeps this stuff, day and day out. Its hard to find those people anymore and the level of what we do isn’t easy unless you really understand it. But I know the guys and girls are out there.

Thanks Pewter, Curt I will probably be able to make it up there this afternoon. Ill give you a ring around lunch time.

Curt…Welcome to Pittspeed. Good to see you have joined.

Hope all is well.

Tod

PS - you have any of those Centerline solid ‘blank’ wheels we spoke of at the last Wexford cruise in your shop? Just wondering so I can bring up one of the hubcaps & see how they will look. I gotta get rollin’ on finishing the GTO. It’s on the road & I have been driving it, but I want to get the wheel situation done before the end of winter. Maybe even have it ready for the WOW show in Feb.
