Protestors Hanging from West End Bridge

this is the funniest thing ive seen in regard to protesters

i was watching it live & andrew stockey says…lets go to john griner with their prospective…i’m like this is going to be good.

[ame=“http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U_LzVlsehsc”]YouTube - G-20 Protesters Explain Their Motivations[/ame]

its starts @ about 30sec.
its really upstanding group of gentlemen.
why do all those type of people have a sickly dog with them?

how bout this…if you don’t have $20 worth of cloths on your body, then you can’t protest the G20.

Bunch of state cops. They will either give everyone a speeding ticket, or shoot them.

umm yeah…about 10-12 other cities turned it down… ravenstahl is a brown noser so of course he stroked off barry. i’m sure he thinks he can get into the some cool events like that time he snuck into Oakmont. guy is a douche…i’m just waiting for the mayoral debates.

source? not saying you are wrong, just never saw the article that gave that info. From what I read it was the Obama Administration that chose Pittsburgh.

I heard the same.

 you seem to know so much about how this all happened, yet I have NEVER seen a report about how “10-12 other cities” turned it down, actually this is the first I heard about it.

A few cities did turn hosting the G20 down. From what I’ve heard, the Administration was getting a bit embarassed by this. Obama and Rooney are tight (there’s been some favor mongering there), and there’s been speculation that Obama’s folks contacted Rooney directly to see if he could sway local government towards accepting the G20 here.

Truth

A state cop that was here sunday said the other cities didnt want it & luke 7 the governer went out to get it here!! dum fucks!

Who heard that where?

Was the state cop a key consult in the planning?

haha… yowzer

Are u posting from a rope off a bridge???

a state cop that was here @ the shop u douche bag!:spank:

he was order to go to the city for the G20 summit

Yeah I heard there was a few state cops on the planning commission. I heard this from the crack head at 7-11.

I understand that. My question was:

“How does a state cop know the planning process that led to the selection of Pittsburgh as the site of the G20 Summit?”

If it’s, “He heard from a guy, who knows a guy, who blew a guy…”, that doesn’t really hold up, does it?

NYC for sure… i’ve heard philly, chicago, indy, and a host of others. http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/news/pittsburgh/s_644053.html

Rooney needs to stop with the politcs…its quite annoying.

great idea…not…

Ravenstahl said. “That’s not to suggest that it’s not a daunting task to keep the public safe, because it will be. It’s a task I think we’re up to.”

think we’re up to it!!! those arent the words of a strong leader… you better fuckin be up to or inncocent pittsburghers are gonna suffer.

Cut the ropes on those terds and let gravity do its thing.

Make them all watch a pirate game

That’s cold.

Protesters are still human beings…

I was at WPIC today for my psych rotation in school and some of the patients there wanted to stay an extra couple days so they didn’t have to be around “all those nutty G20 protesters,” I was cracking up.

obama is tight with Casey

they play hoops together @ the white house from what ive heard

pittsburgh is most livable city in the US & like 20th in the world…maybe that had something to do with it too.

:bowrofl:
