Location is in “The Woodlands” just north of Houston.
House is 2750 Sq Ft. 2 car detached garage. 3 sides are brick. Nice yard.

Awesome I have/had relatives that lived in the woodlands! I don’t have a clue where in the woodlands that place is like a labyrinth. I think most of them moved to house right on lake conroe though. As they make much more money now.
But I’ve always loved the woodlands except the few times I’ve been on jogs and had encounters with Copperheads lol. Becareful if you have a dog.

The house was built in 1998 I think. I know it was Sub-2000.
One thing I do love about The Woodlands is all the jogging / biking trails / actives that are close by.

Conroe is also awesome. Little too far of a drive for me plus it would really stretch my budget. This house is comfortable for me to afford where I’d be broke as a joke in conroe.

Honestly I think i would prefer Woodlands myself. shopping centers right inside the woodlands, its nice and green. The golf courses are gorgeous.
lake Conroe is just kind of bleh i guess… the water is nice… the houses are monstrous. Idk I liked the woodlands better.
