Should have bought the Ferrari… j/k

Nice house!!

Stay classy.

No seriously, your new house is classy as hell:tup:

Congrats… looks awesome

no, went to UTI in houston, lived on the north side for over two years. lived on the corner of cypress station drive and kuykendahl on the south side of spring, and off northgate crossing just south of the woodlands. i used to BLAST around the mall cloverleaf drunk all the time. 100+ on the access roads and such. car got shot in greenspoint, almost carjacked down town near the galareia. good times… i know exactly where your place is.

very nice place, i have a feeling when i buy a house my mod’ing addiction will be redirected towards the house from cars

Beautiful, congratulations!

I’m from Newport in Crosby. Nice house!

Awh cool beans!! A good friend (co-worker) I know lives there right on the lake.

Wow, awesome place. Congrats!

If that’s a starter house, I’m living in the ghetto.

Looks great, could use some modern touches but i love the brick.

Congrats on the house - nice one too!!

Congrats Josh. I’ll fly out to work on it. At least you can actually make money modding your house.

Wow, this house is baller. I love it so much. I want to buy a house right now.

what exactly would u feel the need to remodel on that house lol, shits 11 years old!
other than the bathroom having carpet, but thats it

you must make “decent” money lol

↑ Updating not so much remolding. New light fixtures, paint colors, etc.

it def. would benefit from crown moldings and less carpet

I’m coming to visit.

Very nice place man.

Heh, I also used to live damn close to the Woodlands from '81-'85. I’m sure a lot has changed. I used to know every bike trail through that place.

Anyway, I lived across I-45 at the very end of Rayford Rd.
