I want either tile or hardwood the bath floor, update some light fixtures and the appliances. Nothing too major maybe paint.
It is a 4 bed room with the option for a 5/6 if I finish the attic.
I love the bike trails, I think I put close to 250 miles per week on my bike for the past few months. I bet this place looks totally different from the last time you were down.
