Picked up 2000 Firebird Formula LS1 6spd
:tif:
Trade for e30? You can track the shit out of it and mods are cheap
Will also consider E30’s and E36’s
Ad for my car:

h22 hatch go for the K20 or b18c
or snag whats his boners crx and swap it yourself… look in the auto or parts trader for the white one
with what your looking for your not going to find for 5k. look on honda tech you’ll find some cars there that may need a little work
k20 swapped honda for $5k, lemme know when you find one … You should buy articzaps 240, its damn clean!.. But if you insist I must tell you now if you leave a nice car to go to a gutted honda you will hate yourself within a week, trust me… Keep the E46
Word, I know I would have to up the price to around 7-8k for K20a power
Too late, already hate myself, but it could progress into extreme loathing
Is the H22 too heavy?
you will not be happy going from a bmw to a honda
get a h22 swapped hatch with some cams and a good tune ull have a good track car
I agree, I know H22’s aren’t the golden honda engines, but its not like there H23 turds, plus torque is always your friend street and road course alike
I don’t know what your budget is…but Paul at Swerve is selling his EP3 hatch. Honestly with all his mods, It’d be a pretty nice track car that is very DDable.
F that i like this decision.
scrap the yuppy-roller and get with something you can be immature with.
i coulda ‘grown-up’ (read: sold-out) into a more professional car but i’d rather have oil leaking all over my garage.
Yeah I am not good at owning such a nice car, although it is really nice,
but I like race cars better
Bing what I really want is your car delivered to my house for 6500 …oh what I would do with those CCW’s
Edited thread to include LS1/6spd cars :burnout:(obviously higher miles w/ few mods)
its not that its heavy… eg/ef h22 hatches have axle bind issues… or it sits up too high. probably a little much for the civic.
I think mr smith had a b16 eg NA, that was more than sufficient for the track.
I like the e30 idea, or e36 m3 (I’ve seen them for < 8k).
Spend a few extra bones and try to grab one of the ITR’s on the board. I’m sure you are getting more than 5 for the Bimmer. Theres also a nice e36 m3 for sale that would be fun.
e36 M3 would be a great car… drive it to the track, beat it into submission, and drive it home. Completely stock.
Thats what I do with my M3… the e36 just has a little (lot) less HP, which its moddable, to get more… IE 540 MAF, intake, yadda yadda…
