My front end is still apart. Front actuator for the diff needs a cleaning/refreshing. Also have to adjust the valves.

So I pulled the motor apart. Come to find out there is a woods racing 840 kit under those built heads. No wonder this thing goes apeshit all the time

damm its a monster. So whats the issue with the motor?
Haven’t found anything that stands out to me yet. I’m thinking I spun a bearing. This also explains why my clutch blew up last year. My compression right before tear Down was 212/220.

You think thats 12-1 pistons? Mine is 11.5-1 but with the compression release so can’t get a true reading. My honda is 11.5-1 and it hit 200 before the rings were fully seated.
Sucks if its a bearing. Has it ever been sunk? If you want some company one night ill bring beer. I like to learn new tricks and a second set of hands can come in handy.
I’m thinking 12:1 or 12:5. Never been sunk, but it’s seen the limiter a few times. I think I’ll end up going with a oil cooler now also. Your welcome to stop out anytime

Rings are fine. Jugs have visible marks but can’t feel them. I. Still going to split the cases and check everything
