i just rebuilt a carb for my truck, and i think it’s missing something. i bought the carb at a swap meet last year. I don’t think all the parts are there to open the secondary air flapper thing… i included pics. the first two are pics of my carb, and the last is and another one i have.
if anyone has what i need or knows something i don’t please let me know.

looks like you may be missing some linkage
i know that… i have 4 quadrajet carbs here and three of them are the same and don’t have that rod. the one that does is a different style.
i think it’s from a early to mid 70’s chevy truck
i think i still have my old 85monte rodchester if u want it ill give it to ya for free ??it might have the linkage u need or u can use it for parts
i don’t think it’s the same linkage, but i’ll definately take it for parts for my one newer one.

i was hoping to get this thing on by tommorow, so i can take it to the track.
